2. Use of the Platform
AutoContentment is an online marketplace that connects car buyers and sellers. We do not own, buy, or sell any vehicles listed on the platform. All listings are submitted by registered users and dealers. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.
3. Listing Accuracy
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their listings. AutoContentment does not verify the details of individual listings and shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies, misrepresentations, or disputes arising from listing content.
4. VIN Checker Service
The VIN Checker service is provided as an information tool to assist buyers in making informed decisions. AutoContentment acts as an intermediary in facilitating this service. All payments for VIN checks are non-refundable once the report has been processed and delivered. AutoContentment is not responsible for any inaccuracies in vehicle history data provided by third-party sources.
5. Payments
All payments made on AutoContentment — including package purchases and VIN checker fees — are processed securely through Paystack. AutoContentment does not store your payment details. All transactions are final unless otherwise stated.
6. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity carried out under your account is your sole responsibility. AutoContentment reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on AutoContentment — including logos, designs, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of AutoContentment and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
AutoContentment shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to financial loss, vehicle defects, or fraudulent listings.
9. Privacy
Your use of AutoContentment is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
10. Changes to Terms
AutoContentment reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
