2. Payment is Non-Refundable
All payments made for the VIN Checker service are strictly non-refundable. Once payment is confirmed and your VIN has been submitted for processing, the service is considered rendered regardless of the outcome of the report.
3. Accuracy of VIN
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the VIN you submit is correct before making payment. AutoContentment will process the exact VIN submitted and cannot be held responsible for reports generated based on an incorrect VIN provided by the user. No refund or re-check will be issued for incorrectly submitted VINs.
4. Report Delivery
Reports are typically delivered within a few minutes to a few hours of confirmed payment, depending on data availability. Delivery is made to the WhatsApp number and/or email address provided at the time of submission. AutoContentment is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect contact details provided by the user.
